We offer nationwide shipping within 3 to 5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused, unwashed item with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are received damaged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as major Credit and Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and secure online payment gateways for your convenience.
How do I ensure I am ordering the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our size chart to ensure a perfect fit for our pret and unstitched collections.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
